I was very disappointed to find that the tulips were not in the arrangement as stated. They are my friend's favorite flowers, and you used daffodils instead. Very unhappy to not get what I paid for. It was awkward to call her and say "see, I remembered your favorite flowers are tulips" and be told "but there aren't any in this arrangement." Wow, total let down. I probably won't use your service in the future. In the past you always did a great job, but you really dropped the ball on this one. Now her birthday has come and gone, and it was a let down. I would like a refund.

I was NOT happy with the delivery time! This was for a funeral. I ordered the flowers the day before, went to the funeral the next day at 4pm and the flowers had not yet been delivered. When I go there I asked a family member about the flowers and she said nothing was delivered and that we should call and have tjem rerouted to the family home instead since timing was going to be tight. I don't know when they were delivered. I was too embarrassed to ask the family, again. I do know that they got there in time for the burial and the told my son that the arrangement was beautiful.
The price was great but not worth my stress of trying to hunt down flowers. It would have been nice to see them at the wake so I could provide some better feedback.

Flawless and fast
The flowers were delivered one day early, not on the recipient's birthday. The flowers were more thrown together than arranged. They have given me $15 off next purchase but that does not make up for the disappointment for this order. This was a particularly rough year for my friend, her husband,Mother, and MIL all died within a few months of each other. I wanted to send her some beautiful flowers to cheer her up and was deeply disappointed by the service.
