Not clear on pricing when talking to several individuals by phone. One price $61. Next time $48. Then $65. Would be good if your agents had sales tax for each state required. When I asked one agent if she could give me a window on delivery time, say a 4 hour window at first she said no, then she said before noon. I said OK but then I noticed on the delivery order she charged $4.99 expedited fee without saying there was an additional fee. It's only $5 but I already said I didn't need that because I had said that I could be home all day on Saturday, I just wanted to get some idea within say a 4 hour window in case I wanted to go someplace. When it was getting late in the day and delivery wasn't here I called and asked if they had any status on delivery. I did want to receive it sometime on Saturday when the person it was for would be home. The guy did call the florist and said before 6PM but he didn't seem very happy. Some of the other agents didn't seem particularly happy as well even though I was nice and not demanding with them. Overall, very good product and very original that other florists didn't have. It was the b happy bouquet, perfect for get well..

I was disappointed in the color of flowers, thought they'd be more purple. Vase was supposed to be purple not clear glass. The added shipping and handling took my breath away but I had already picked the selection so I ordered it anyway.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
