The reason I rated the way I did because I really was not confirmed whether the product was shipped which was to be a surprise to the recipient. I had to contact the recurrent to see if they had got the product but they received a call to advise them they had a basket and she let me know she was going to get it but did not know it was from my family and I. So I did not like the process of delivery.

I always turn to "from you flowers" when ordering.
I had paid for same day delivery and expedited delivery within 4hrs. The party they were to be delivered to wasn't home when florist tried to deliver them. They left a phone message which wasn't received til early evening. Thus flowers were delivered today, 24hrs late yet I still had to pay for the expedited everything which was bull because they said they were delivered over 4 hrs after the order. I think you and the florist ripped me off.
I believe you should give the entire price of order before you ask for credit card details.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
