The flowers looked nice but much smaller than pictured online. It didn't have the nice big ribbon on the vase, it came with a very small ribbon that was barely noticable. I did not feel I got my money's worth at all.

When I So the Flower I was very DISAPPOINTED very small If the web side show the picture of the Flowers and the $ amount I definitely I would by a bigger or better. The picture you show on the web is Beautiful reef. The one I received is not the one you show VERY disappointed. With the web you got you will confuse the costumer with the order ( If I know that REEF was that SMALL I would by a bigger one.
The flowers I had order for a funeral were so beautiful. I would differently order from you flowers again for any occasion.

Taxes and shipping and Handling fees almost as much as flowers
I paid extra for premium it says it will have extra blooms there were 4 stargazer liles on the standing wreath some other small flowers and a lot of greenery its a joke. If i paid for the regular one it comes with just 1 or 2 very disappointed

Love the website. I am hoping since I am ordering local florist that the flowers will be in better condition than my last order. If not, this will be the last time I order from your company. Well after seeing the arrangement i probably won't make another purchase again. I asked for pink and purple flowers... Got some very pull mum type of flowers with red carnations. No way was this arrangement worth $40.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
