Ordering was easy, just have to be careful with the opt-ins / opt-outs when placing the order. Unfortunately my delivery did not make the time promised (missed by 2 hours) but they did refund me my expedited delivery fee without having to ask. The flower arrangement was very nice and received several compliments. All said and done, I was pleased with my order and likely would consider ordering from again.

Excellent service, but 2 fees for service seems repetitive - $2.99 for the same day and then $4.99 to guarantee delivery within 4 hours? There should be one flat fee for same/within 4 hours of order. Overall, excellent floral arrangements and will surely order again!
The ordering process is very easy. Delivery is always dependable and on time. The flowers are as beautiful in person and they are in the pictures.
