I was so excited with my order from this company. It was for a dear friend who was very distraught after terrible news, and I wanted to cheer them up. The bouquet on the website was bright, beautiful, and looked different than other run of the mill bouquets, and I couldn't wait for her to receive it. The website was easy to use and the prices very reasonable for a same day delivery. However, when I saw the picture of the bouquet she received I couldn't believe it. The proportions of the flowers were off, some of the smaller filler flowers looked dead, the bouquet was nothing like what pictured and just looked sad and terrible. I made sure to get the deluxe bouquet that had the disclaimer it would look just like the picture. I was hoping to become a repeat customer after my initial ordering experience, but sadly I am very disappointed and will not order from this company again.
This was a gift. The intended person called when they got it to thank me.

At the last minute I decided to send my best friend flowers for her birthday. I ordered them at 10 am (online in California) and she received them around 1 pm (New Mexico). She sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was just as pictured on the website.
The shipping cost more than it should. My grandmother loves her flowers. She said they are so beautiful.
Flowers were nice but I paid extra to have delivery by noon and that did not happen

I would like portion of my money refunded like i was told because delivery service sucked. The florist didnt even call me that it was going to be super late and it was a gift for a friend at work. Very dissapointed and upset.
