For my first order, the Service/Handling charges came as a rude surprise while in the last step of checking out! I decided against ordering. Then it became more bearable when I received an email offering free shipping. It would have been pleasant not have to go through this. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
