12/24/16- update- so i gotta stick to my original statement. I am VERY happy with what was delivered. It was for a funeral, and by far it was the best and biggest arrangement that was sent. I am very happy with the price for what was given. Although i did have to contact customer service by phone to check on delivery because i received no notification when it was delivered. I 1st sent an email through the website to get an ETA for the flowers. No response. So after waiting about 5 hrs, even though the web says they will get back to you within 1 hr, i sent another email requesting an ETA. No response to the second email. This time i just waited til the following day and sent another email for ETA. No response to the 3rd request. So I finally called the 800 number for customer service since i was getting nowhere with email requests. When i finally did call, they were more than helpful. The rep put me on hold to call the local florist, to get a time it was delivered (it had already been delivered by that point), and also was able to tell me who signed for it. Because it was for a funeral there were alot of non family members around, so just to make sure, i wanted the name of who signed for it. The arrangement was amazing, and oh my, it was way bigger than expected. I ordered the medium size. Honestly, i would have paid way more for what i got. Im very happy! I will be recommending and also using in the future. Im very happy! Some of the blooms were not open, but it wasnt a problem. It was so full to begin with, you really didnt even notice that some werent open yet. So atleast it will last a few days longer. I will NEVER order from those others, who shall not be named, ever again.

Some of the flowers in the arrangement looked a little brown.
I think the "20%off" is misleading. It seems like a ploy to get your name on the email list. That was a bit disappointing.
I wasn't happy with the last minute "service/handling" charges of $14.99? But... the person receiving the flowers was happy with the item so for now I'll have to except the "service/handling" charge.

The fruit and former basket delivered was very small for what I paid. This is what I would have expected for a regular or mid-level item, but I paid for the highest level and feel it was not worth the cost. Additionally, it looks like items that were just thrown together, it did not meet the expectation of a presentation by a professional.
Regarding the shopping experience: There is no way to edit the items in the cart- I wanted to upgrade to the premium and had to go back and completely re-enter all the information. There was not an easy place to find the delivery cost before completing most of the check out process.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
