Love how quick and easy to order. Not pleased that the arrangement didn't have as many flowers as the photo showed. Expected more flowers as I paid for the larger arrangement. Better off paying for the least expensive next time.

The only thing I was not happy with is that I payed an extra 5.00 to have the flowers deliverd the 23rd of Jan. Before 12;00 and they arrived the next day at 4;00. I think I should get my 5;00 reimbursed. Otherwise I was told that the flowers were beautiful. Thank you

I purchased this plant for a funeral home. The plant itself was beautiful and bigger than I thought it would be. My only problem was that I thought it should have had a bow or an option to purchase a bow. It just looked plain. Possibly because it hadn't bloomed yet so it was a big leafy plant in a basket. But I was pleasantly surprised on the size (I did order the deluxe). I will order again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
