Here is the description: Full of bright color and perfectly posh styling, this stunning flower bouquet consists of orange roses, spray roses, carnations, gerbera daisies and Peruvian Lilies offset by green button poms and lush greens to create an arrangement blooming with sun bright energy. Presented in an orange glass vase.
No orange vase. No green button poms. Gerbera daisies were not as pronounced as in the photo description.

Confirmation of delivery was confusing. I have no way of knowing the time or completeness of delivery as this was delivered out of state.
Flowers were no where near worth the money i paid. They started to die the next day. Also the card was not even spelled correct. Will not be ordering from you guys again.

I do not care for the marketing techniques of forcing me to enter my email address to complete my sale. I almost went elsewhere! Strong arm tactics such as this are inpoor taste.
The only negative was that even though we specified that it was to be delivered to the SCHOOL, it was left at the Church and we had to go looking for it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
