We ordered a large but it didnt seem that large from the picture we received.
The delivery fee should be disclosed clearly at the start of the process - It is misleading to list a purchase for approximately $30, then have my credit card charged for over $50, after I've gone through the process of choosing. It was late, I was tired, I went ahead with the sale because I didn't want to spend any more time on it - But I really hadn't planned on spending over $50 on that gift! I felt taken advantage of.
My grandmother was very pleased with the arrangement she thought they are very beautiful and smells good too
Love your reasonable rates. Would like a little less handling charge though.
Flowers were sent to a friend as a get well wish after her surgery. I sent the Smiley Sunshine Cup of yellow and white dasies. She loved it and got many compliments from her health care assistants on how great it was! Made a delightful expression on all who saw it.

The bouquet which was delivered looked totally different from what I ordered and smaller bouquet when I paid for premium. It was a bouquet for my BFF's Birthday and it is a totally disappointing bouquet. Not pleased!
The basket smelled like smoked salmon however, there was no smoked salmon in the basket. Just a dirty, smelly basket liner. Now all the crackers and cookies in the basket have a smoked salmon flavor smell to them. Would be fine except oreos, doritos, mini donuts don't go well with smoked salmon. If I had the opportunity to choose the basket out of an assortment in person, I would not of picked this one smelling the was it smells with the food choices included. Very disappointed as was a $50 basket.

Great Assortment of Arrangements!
Short time between order and delivery. Just what I was looking for.
Never will i order from this company ever again! They say when ordering it is anonymous however they pass your info on to recepient, the arrangements are subpar, and very cheap! They are disorganized liars and i will never do business with this company, i hope they go under!
Overall - good experience. Ordered the night before, delivered the next day before 4pm to a business. Pricing was much lower than competitors. One unfortunate detail is that the flowers and vase included in the delivery were fairly different from what was pictured. They did add a nice touch with a bow - but that was also not pictured when ordering so the expectation is not quite aligned with the delivered product.

1) Delivery times and lack of communication
First of all my flowers were not delivered on time (rather 3-4 days late). I have not heard any comments regarding the delay on my order though I will assume it was because of the snow that came last Friday. I am not upset with the delay by itself as I understand that everyone's safety comes first though I am very disappointed on the lack of communication, I order several gifts from different providers in the area for that same day and I received communication from the rest either apologizing for the delay or offering a reschedule (I order some edible arrangements that called me to offer to deliver the day before instead).
Communication here would have turn this over.
2) Balloons were not properly inflated
I ordered several balloons of different types and several of them looked like they were inflated several days ago. This does not give the best impression I must say.
Other than the above, the website experience was good, you can customize a lot on it and is very intuitive.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
