Arrangement was a little skimpy compared to picture but was satisfactory.
I didn't not receive this within the guaranteed time I was told and paid for. When they were delivered, it was the completely wrong arrangement then what I ordered! Not even the same flowers or color scheme! Very disappointed in the service!
Handling fee seemed a bit high especially since I also paid a fee for same day delivery

I paid 53 dollars initially for flowers to be delivered on my mother in laws birthday. At 4PM that day I received a phone call stating my order could not be delivered by a man with a speech impediment, It literally took him 5 minutes to explain the situation. I understand he can't help it but at the same time he could be given a different task other then explaining to customers why their order wasn't delivered. Anyways he goes on to explain that i will get a 15% discount back and the order would be upgraded along with an apology note. This is unacceptable, I could have went with FTD, Proflowers,1800flowers, or heck i could of called around locally and gotten a special arrangement made. 4pm in the afternoon when most shops are going to be closed at that time on a sunday was unacceptable. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he got a supervisor on the phone. The lady gave me a 20 dollar credit. Great thats still not what I wanted. She promised the order would be upgraded along with a 20% discount and a 20 dollar credit to my account. My order was delivered on Monday, The arrangement looked low quality and very few roses in it, Nothing like the picture. All in all I've used fromyouflowers several times in the past and that's exactly how it will stay, in the past. After I was given such horrible service I will either shop locally and pay a few more dollars or use another online service.
The site was quick and easy to use, even on my iPad. Thank you! The delivery was made within 2 hours of placing my order and it looks beautiful! It was a peace lily as a sympathy delivery for a friend. She loves it! I'll definitely be back!
Be prepared to get flowers that look nothing like their picture... My boyfriend received his at work to find the roses already wilting with little blue flowers that were dead and brown and then lilies that were not even close to open yet. Really upset and embarrassed by them and highly recommend going somewhere else to spend your money. The prices here are cheap, but so are the presentations.
