Photos online did not match what arrived. The arrangement that arrived was much smaller than the photo online.
I bought these flowers and they were terrible! I paid a large amount for these flowers and they were not the size that it said it will be. I do not recommend Buying these it's not worth it at all. Being completely honest It's very bad flowers and I'm never buying shipping here again.

The flowers did not appear as they did on the website. Not as many flowers so it was about half as full as it appeared on the website.
This is for someone that has passed away that loves flowers from Ruth's. This was for my mother who passed away... when I saw them I was embarrassed that was what they had sent out. It was very small and looked cheap!
The price pre check out was $43 for the cake. It turns out to be $64.44. That's bait & switch. Never told of extra fees besides delivery. I'm a google reviewer & yelp reviewer. It'll be reviewed publicly.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
