$15 seems an excessive handling fee. Both my flowers are going to the same building, just two separate rooms, so $30 for delivery to the same building is too much in my opinion.
There was a lot of miscommunication with this order - I received notifications that the flowers had been delivered two weeks before the scheduled delivery date and the customer service rep I called also stated the notification was correct. However, they had not been delivered and were actually delivered correctly on the date they were scheduled which I am thankful for. However, this incorrect notification and lack of knowledge by the customer service representative caused me unnecessary stress.

I was happy there was no delivery charge but should have been told in advance that there was a handling charge. I'll use your service again if my cousin is pleased with her flowers.

My cousin was very pleased with her flowers and was so happy to receive them. She says they are gorgeous.

Web site was easy to use

Web site was easy to use. I ordered this for my sisters bd in Arizona. I am in California. It arrived early which was nice. However, she sent me a picture of what she received and I was disappointed in the arrangement because it was very different from picture shown on order. I don't expect it to be exact but was presented as a mostly pink and purple arrangement and to me, looks sparse even though I went for deluxe and a lot of white etc.
I was disappointed. I will send comparison pics in a reply email to the email I received from you.
