Website was not honoring the sales price/discount as advertised. Took me multiple tries to to have your site acknowledge the correct pricing at checkout. Very annoying and cannot see doing business with you again.
Flowers were as expected and on time.
Initially I was slightly confused in ordering but if flowers & delivery meet proper quality, I would order from you again. Since I wasn't the one who received the flowers, I can only assume that what was delivered was proper. The recipient was pleased with the floral arrangement.
Everything was great except the arrangement itself, I ordered succulents there were two in the planter and the rest was filled with ornaments. Overall it was pretty
Ordering and service issues were taken care of. Placed an order for the same day delivery. That never happened. 1 of the orders was able to be deliver the next day. The 2nd order I was told would arrive 3 days later. Completely not acceptable. When the 1st order arrived it looked nothing like the picture and half of the flowers were picked by a blind goat. Not only that but half of the flowers were almost dead. I will never buy from this company again.

I felt the handling fee was too high and was disappointed in the size of the bouquet. It didn't look like an upgrade to me it looked like a starting point for the price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
