So far the shopping experience has been great. I just hope the flower birthday cake looks as good as the picture. The flower cake was a little of a let down. Wasn't as pretty as the picture. I know it was the specific florist used but it wasn't as great as expected.

Balloons were paid for and were an important part of this gift. They were not included in the delivery. A refund was offered. They could not contact the shop with a request to deliver the balloons. So refund was accepted and I am displaying my displeasure with their service and customer follow through. Totally disappointed.

I'm disappointed by the high prices and very rarely will be able to order this type of thing. $70 for some chocolate dipped strawberries seems steep. We used a different website for flowers this year because the prices end up so high once we buy the vase, delivery fee, etc.
