I ordered these Special flowers for a special lady on her 98th birthday, which was June 2nd. I ordered on June 1 and received confirmation that she'd receive them by 5pm June 2nd. Perfect!
We waited all week and she finally got them today. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed. When she opened them, 2 flowers were dead!
She did say she liked them. Such a disappointment they didn't arrive on Tues, June 2nd.
Also, it would have been nice the amount of the delivery charge prior to checkout.

After I put my receiver's information in, you said I wasn't spending enough money, I pick another one, I have to enter all the information again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
