Always a pleasure

Have had nothing but good results, except for a delay in the delivery time once. Not a deal breaker unless it becomes the norm.

Very speedy and easy to use but I paid the extra $4.99 to have them delivered by noon and they were delivered by 2:30. A slight inconvenience but still overall satisfied

This flowers were for our daughter who lives out of state. I have not personally seen the flowers, but have received notice that they were delivered as scheduled.

It was a little difficult trying to edit my message. The item purchased was everything it said it was. It was perfect!

Hate not knowing the service/handling charge til the very end. If there is a formula just place it right out front. Paying almost 50% of the cost of the flowers for "handling is crazy. We like it better if the charge was eliminated and just added to the base price of the flowers.

Sent to my mom. She was thrilled. Raved about the super-soft teddy bear and the roses that looked so perfect she thought they were fake. She is taking the bear to bed with her tonight!

I paid for expedited delivery (delivery before noon) so they would be there in the morning prior to the party. Did not arrive until 2:30, which was well into the festivities. Was very disappointed by this as it was supposed to be the center piece of the celebration!

Handling fee was excessive. Person who received flowers was very pleased and sent photos.

The shipping is expensive and then tax is charged. The flowers were more bloomed in the picture. However it was beautiful and she loved them.

I ordered the rainbow flowers a while back and was told that the bouquet was "beautiful". So, I tried it again. I was told today the bouqet was "pretty".

The flowers didn't look like a "medium" sized or "fuller" bouquet. I would have liked to see a few roses even though it was a florist picked bouquet. The shopping experience was super easy and the delivery to my mom was on time.

Extremely difficult is the changing of the pricing for varies flowers not a simple process

I was able to order a basket of fruit only 2 days before I needed it delivered to an address in Hawaii - and the extra shipping/ delivery fee was the most reasonable I've ever seen!
The basket had so much delicious fruit in it that we couldn't eat it all! I will definitely order from this site again! :)
