Ordered flowers for mom's b-day & they were gorgeous!
I was very excited about the flowers I ordered as a gift even though it cost more than originally anticipated. The site and service itself was easy to use.
However, I was not happy with the end product. The flower arrangement and vase that were delivered were not what I ordered and looked nothing like the picture. I also paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive within 4 hours of the order and the flowers did not arrive in time, I got the delivery confirmation email about 3 hours after the 4 hour mark so the person I ordered them for already left for work.
I did call customer service and they were able to refund the full amount which was great but I am not happy I needed to call for a refund in the first place.
It would be helpful to be able to put in an overseas billing address or to be able to skip billing address info if paying with PayPal.
I ordered for an ex's birthday two days in advance for 7/16. The night after I placed the order I decided to read reviews from other customers and I'd never felt so stupid in my life for not reading them before. I didn't read a single good review I was worried that either she wouldn't get them, get them late, or get them and they'd be garbage those were the only reports I read. I instantly prayed that I didn't make a fool of myself and that she'll get them. I payed for her to receive them before noon I got an email at 11:52 that they'd been delivered at 11:53 my ex tweeted "I just got the cutest flowers" and she txt me I was so relieved they arrived on time, they were exactly what they looked like on the site. The company has a bad reputation though I won't be using again I can't affird another scare like that money is too important

Quick & easy! Although a little surprised by the add on charges at the end. Should include those earlier to make an informed decision about how much to spend.
Also when flowers were delivered didnt look anything like what i ordered & there was lots of filler greens instead of flowers. Doubtful i will order again. The flowers that were received was not what i paid for. Pretty disappointing!
The arrangement was send to a funeral in Mississippi. I haven't received any complaints regarding the flowers.
I was not happy to see 14.99 added to delivery chg of 2.5 at check out.
It is a hidden fee that is not revealed until you go to pay.
So that 20% off I got originally? NOT SO MUCH!
Matter of fact I ended up paying more than I would have without the hidden handling charge and regular price. 20% is a false advertisement.
The last ordered flowers was not so good, they was some kind of creased flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
