I needed something beautiful and soothing for a dear friend at a difficult time in her life. These flowers looked lovely, and I hoped they;'d be the perfect thing.

Good. You need to put in what the delivery charge is up front and not at the end. Also there was an extra charge for Saturday delivery which was OK with me but again it should be noted up-front and at the beginning. Arrangement was like the picture and had the flowers per the picture which was great! Thank you.
I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered in the morning. They showed up in the early evening.
The arrangement is not the one pictured online. I understand that the florist can substitute flowers. However, this one arrived looking like something you would put on your table in the fall at Thanksgiving. This was supposed to be for a birthday.
All in all, not your best effort. Bouquet also didn't last too long. Not happy.

The arrangement wasn't what I expected which was vibrant colors that sort of clashed. So when I chose the arrangement, I was a bit nervous. I wanted to choose colors that I knew the recipient would love. To my surprise, the florist used soft yellow lilies and light pink roses and it was beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
