My order was delivered a week before the delivery date I requested. They were supposed to be delivered today, June 5th, 2020.
I had an online chat with Krishnan on May 29,2020 to tell them they were delivered on the wrong day. Krishnan said that the florist would re-deliver the flowers today without charge.
I do not know if that has happened yet. My daughter has not sent me any messages that the flowers have been re-delivered to her today.

The arrangement arrived promptly and my daughter was happy. She said the aroma from the arrangement was exquisite and her cat is very attracted to the flowers. My daughter sent a picture and while it does not look like the photo in the advertisement I am hopeful the buds will open up so the arrangement can become fuller. I stumbled onto From you Flowers with NO IDEA of their work or customer service. I am pleased with the follow up and ease of order. I hope that I can follow up again to share that the arrangement continues to bloom after a week! Thank you for a wonderful experience so far...stay tuned!

First order was delivered on the wrong date requested. Customer service provided awful service when I called to inquire about the issue. I had to purchase a completely new product to be delivered on a better date and customer service provided no help or compensation for the mistake on the company's end
