I hate when I think I'm spending X amount and then suddenly it is an additional $15 for "handling" How about you put it all up front so I know exactly what I'm spending. QUIT charging an additional handling fee! Include the charge in the charge for the flowers.
After paying an extra fee for flowers delivered same day, they were not delivered until the following day. I realize I could avoid this whole scenario by ordering flowers ahead of time, but why offer same day deliveries if you can't deliver on your promise?
The only good thing about this whole experience is that my MIL loved the flowers. She said they were the most beautiful yellow roses.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My flowers were not delivered on the date they were confirmed for. I had to call to find out status, was told the florist had yagged thr door and lefy a voicemail even though this was not true. Then I was hung up on, had to call back in only to be told that the florist was then closed, and there was no other florist open in the whole city who could get my flowers delivered on time. I asked for the name of the florist and was not given it. I was told I would receive a 50% refund and that the delivery would be first thing and the arrangement upgraded. The delivery did not come until midday, the arrangement was not upgraded and was worse than what I originally ordered with cheaper flowers, and I have still not received my refund. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and a review on yelp.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AT THE END THEY CHANGED THE PRICING. They give you options to choose from, but then at the end it's an increased price. Also, one of the orders was upgraded and the arrangement was smaller with less flowers than the second order that cost less.

Flowers and balloon sent on same day in a very short turnaround time.
Bouquet was pretty but slightly smaller than expected. But the balloon was larger and prettier than I expected. I was pleased with this order.
