Your website is a bit misleading, you promise a discount only to find it already included in the listed price. A problem arose at delivery. Your flowers were delivered with several other boxes and were placed in storeage rather than being delivered to my wife. Agreed, not your fault, however I would suggest the outside of the container be clearly and prominately marked "LIVE FLOWERS" "Please deliver to recipient Imediately."
I am sure this local flower company has visited the location several times which is great because I had the address incorrect by one digit and they still showed up on time. I did have to send an email to see if it could be changed and I was truly grateful when I seen that they arrived even though the address was bad. Thank you for everything. I will use you again. Fast, easy and convenient for a last minute occasion.

I upgraded my order with better arrangement and an upgraded vase. I'm not impressed. Arrived timely and the balloons and note were included. But the arrangement? It looked tired.

Order was not delivered to me but was a gift for a friend's special birthday. I had picked your site because of same day delivery claim, however you were apparently unable to fill that request. I received a kind email stating the problem and that it would be delivered the next day with additional items added to the order to compensate. It also stated that they would call the recipient and let them know of the issue and that it was their mistake.
I received a call from the recipient thanking me, knowing nothing about the mistake, and questioning why we would send such a humongous order of fruit - they will have to be giving it away because there were at least ten bananas, way too many melons, etc. It was not said in a spirit of criticism but it was clear that the order was way over the top. Since we had ordered the large size already, it appears that they just threw on a bunch more of fruit, which is perishable.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
