I called to change the delivery date to Monday, July 11...did not happen. Thank goodness my sister-in-law got the delivery before she left town on July 8. The box of chocolates had MELTED all over the box, and the flowers were wilted. Not what I had expected.

These flowers were for my sister who just lost her beloved pet. The flowers were delivered on time but she was not home and your service was kind enough to give them to her neighbor, which I greatly appreciated because I was so worried if they left them on her doorstep that they would wilt in the extreme heat in Arizona. She finally called me last evening and said she received the flowers from her neighbor and that they were absolutely breathtaking and how much she appreciated them in honor of her beloved pet whom she cherished...and misses so terribly... I cannot tell you how much this meant to me, for your service to take the time to make sure these flowers were delivered on time and not left in the hot sun... Thank you from the bottom of my heart...

When the full "bill" comes up, a $15 handling fee was not expected at all - maybe I missed the info - but it definitely did not say anything up front...thought I was paying $32 and $56 is not what I expected.
According to the recipient of the flowers they were beautiful - I am hoping for the price that they last at least 1 week / and then it will have been buy!

(Original comment- I had a very difficult time inserting the delivery address and cancelled my order three times because I could not correct the zip code. In addition, the shipping and handling fees should be listed prior to the order review page. That is quite a hefty chunk and I would like to have known sooner. All in all, your products look good and if my order is managed properly, I plan on using your site again.)
