This site was the least expensive site...checked out quite a few...hope the flowers are beautiful

A beautiful selection to choose from with reasonable prices, however the flowers arrived a day early not the day I had originally requested.
My order came a day early, when I requested it to be delivered Sunday.

They Arrived a day earlier than I'd asked but no real problem as recipient was home.
However the e-mail notification stating they had been delivered caused concern and spoilt surprise! The flowers didn't arrive for 2 hours after I'd received the e-mail notification and clearly as they were a day early I had to investigate with the recipient. Which spoilt the surprise I'd sent from U,K.

The product that I ordered was substituted for something completely different. I was very disappointed that I was not made aware that what I ordered you did not have.
That is no way to do business. I should of been notified that my order was being changed.
The product that I was sent was nothing I would of ordered. You sent me candy, which I did not order, and it had nuts in it. The recipient was allergic to nuts, and...it went to my grandson. It was not suppose to be a basket, I ordered balloons.
Next time check to make sure if you are going to change my order or anyone's order, get in touch with them, because they may have a child that can't eat what you feel like sending.

Fast and easy! I ordered flowers for a family member and chose same day delivery, a hour and a half later they called and thanked me for the beautiful flowers! I was given a discount at checkout so price was reasonable!

One Issue. At the funeral When floral acknowledgements were read, the card was read as From family, Not Love, The Little Family. Would like to know whether the exact wording was indeed on the card and reader misread or was the Little Family not placed the card. Under the circumstances I did not think it appropriate to ask at the time.
Delivery was on time. Flowers were ok however not at all like the Picture of the Brilliant Birthday Bloom I ordered! Very disappointed! This was specific for a Birthday and that is why I ordered this item.Item received could have been for any occasion! Do not display a picture if you cannot deliver the item.
I understand having to substitute flowers,but not having items pictured on the site with the flowers took away from The whole Birthday Theme which was the main purpose of ordering this particular arrangement!

Easy peasy ordering. Ontime delivery. Not the actual flowers in the photo, especially the two main flowers were substituted. Pretty, but not even close to the photo.
So far I am happy with website. I will not be sure of my experience until I see a picture of the flowers. This is a special anniversary and I expect the flowers to be beautiful.
The flowers were excellent but they were left at the door and it was 102 degrees outside.
