Prices are a bit deceiving
If they're delivered how I requested I will be a return shopper. Unfortunately the order that was received was not what I requested. I requested the flowers be delivered with 3 balloons for a new baby. What was received was the flowers and a teddy bear with one small balloon that that said you are so special. Not at all what I paid for. If the order needed to be changed I would have liked to have been notified prior to delivery. Most likely will not purchase anything for this site again.
So far, so good...I thought that the deluxe order included flowers but evidently, it didn't. That is my only complaint. The price was a little much for just balloons. My mom was pleased with the surprise, but I was hoping for a longer lasting effect. Thank you.

The whole appeal of the arrangement I picked was the mason jar as the vase. The flowers were sent out in regular tall vase and was not the look I wanted for my gift. I'm very unsatisfied with that.

You should let customers know that there is a FEE early on in the ordering process. Just seems shady that it's not mentioned before you start ordering

The flowers was for my Aunt's 90th Birthday and I wanted them to be delivered on her birthday which is a Sunday and when I called her in California to see if the flowers were there she was crying because the flowers were so beautiful, thank you for making my Aunt special "Day Special "
