The product was old and did not look like your picture at all. The vase was clear but it was supposed to be a hot pink vase. There were no roses in the bouquet. The lilies were old and the alstromeria was old. Maybe 4 carnations, 2 lilies, some babies breath and 1/2 of the arrangement was greens to fill, unlike your photo which had very little greens. Very poor quality and cheap looking. This went to a conference that my daughter attends every year. A bankers conference with very high quality of personnel. I was ashamed that I sent them because they were very low quality. $53 is allot of money for us and unfortunately you showed poor quality and could have potentially found allot of new customers. If the flowers were the high quality as your photo showed, they would have been a "wow" where did these come from. But unfortunately it had the effect of yuck I'll never order from them. I will never order from you again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
