Hopefully this order is delivered in the 4 hour window as requested...well it wasn't!
Not only not in 4 hours, the delivery was over 48 hours later. This was the second late delivery we have experienced and this is only our second time ordering with fromyouflowers.com
Both times the orders were supposed to be upgraded but we really have no idea if this happened or not since the shipments were gifts.
Customer service representative we had was not very experienced and kept putting us on long holds while asking questions. I ended up calling back to verify what was going to happen and she had not ordered the upgrade at all. This was supposed to be fixed by the second person but as noted earlier, not sure this happened.
I think this is a great service if you want to send flowers/gifts on short notice in a big city but they don't seem to have the network in suburbs or small towns to get the job done. Still pricing is very good.
The couple I sent them to were so very pleased. The plant arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The apology card for not being able to deliver the previous day was heartfelt and the upgrade to the arrangement was stunning. Thank you again. I will definitely be doing business with you again.
