As I have not seen the product as yet I can not properly rate my shopping experience. Now that I have seen the actual product it is smaller that depicted on your website. However, the product is pleasing and the recipient was most pleased.
The prices looked great and the arrangements shown looked nice. It remains to be seen what kind of service we end up with as to whether or not we'll us your site again.

SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS REFUNDING THE EXPEDITED DELIVERY CHARGE BUT NOW I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PERIOD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM AGAIN. I had it delivered to someone special at a hospital. They loved bear, balloons and stated flowers were extremely fresh and beautiful. Thks!
Flowers delivered within 4 hrs on a Sunday
There was too much green, not enough flowers. I filed a complaint and a new delivery is suppose to be made today to my mother in SD. I hope that arrangement looks more like the one pictured on the website.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
