Had to start over a few times. Wish it specified if they came with a vase. I changed my initial ratings because when my mom received the flowers she took a picture and sent it to me and it did not look even close to how beautiful the advertised photo bouquet looked.

I received an email yesterday afternoon saying the flowers had been delivered, but it didn't state the specific time. I don't know if they were actually delivered yesterday or today. The recipient was very happy with them, though.

I paid an extra 7.99 for expedited shipping for guaranteed delivery of the flower before 10:30 am. The flowers were not delivered until 11:15. This time was stated on the tracking order page. I am disappointed because it was not guaranteed and a rip off.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
