Extremely quick and easy. The convenience and price of same day delivery would be hard to beat.

Easy to use site... the delivery driver was over a half hour late and if my wife had to be somewhere by 12:30 she would have been late or gone when the delivery happen. But overall service was good and when I called in to check on the order why it was late the customer service rep was on it like Bluebonnet so I'm happy.

I wish the pictures were shown for each size. A lot of the funeral photos dont show the differences. Sent on wrongday. 2nd she sent me a picture of the flowers. It was no where near the same size and the roses were already in full bloom with petals falling off. They sent a second much SMALLER bouquet to comp the second mistake of the order. I'm still waiting to see how the flowers for the funeral home are going to look. Which I'm being told will be delivered by Saturday since the viewing is Sunday and the actual funeral is Monday.I am insisting a manager call me. I'd love nothing more then to show you the photos of the flowers and the poor quality of the arrangement. They show at least 8 roses only 5 were in her $80 bouquet. I could have done 5 bouquets at that price delivered by me on time from an ACME! This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Fine so far. I just ordered it. I will check with my Grandaughter later as to quality. Received very quickly. Happy about that. Our Grandaughter loved the bear. Chocolates will be eaten when she is feeling better.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
