Price was high and flowers delivered did not include any blue flowers as pictured but were delivered quickly and were still beautiful.

You need to show handling cost at the beginning of the shop! I felt both, cheated and forced to buy because of all of the steps towards shop check out.

The flower arrangement that was delivered to my mother in law looked nothing like the arrangement that I picked out online. Which is unfortunate since I was having them delivered because of the death of one of her very close friends and this arrangement was meant to brighten her day.

I paid for the expedited 4 hour same day service but they arrived about 1 hour late. I was refunded the expedite and given a gift card for future purchase so Ibwill defiantly try them again. Flowers were really nice quality

Based on the flowers I received, I expected them to be fuller and have more body. Some of the flowers were crushed and bent and weren't handled carefully.

I ordered a same day delivery. They couldn't find a local florist to deliver same day. For my troubles, they said they would upgrade my bouquet to make it fuller and attached an apology note for the delayed delivery. They bouquet didn't look upgraded to me...all they did is add a couple extra balloons and the rose petals looked wilted. Not very happy with service or promises.
