I ordered a Deluxe Plants A Plenty Dish Garden Plant for Father's Day while it was delivered to my Father in Seattle Wa & was on time the product looked nothing like the picture of what I had ordered. It looked like something I could of picked up from my Local Grocery Store. I was disappointed.
HAVE ORDERED MANY TIMES AND SO FAR, NEVER A PROBLEM. RECIPIENTS ARE ALWAYS HAPPY AND LOVE THE FRESHNESS OF THE FLOWERS. TNX GD

Edit: days after i placed my order i saw they were offering free delivery on father's day orders. I requested a refund for my delivery fee or a credit on my account and customer service responded quickly and provided me a $10 gift certificate which i greatly appreciate. Additionally they were able to change the message on my card to add my sisters name and when the arrangement arrived, there was a lovely bow wrapped around it that wasn't in the pictures! So that was a cute bonus, my step dad loved it so much he teared up! Very impressed with my second order, looking forward to future orders!

Delivery is too expensive. Charge for same day service is wrong when it is being delivered the next day. Same Day Delivery is misleading.
This is the first time I used this floral service and I was completely satisfied the flowers were delivered early and they were beautiful. I highly recommended them.

The flower order was for an anniversary gift to family out of town. I received a picture and warm thank you for them. It seems everything was as promised and we are very satisfied.
The bouquet that was sent was quite different from the one that I chose.
The one that I chose was very warm with all orange, pink, red flowers
I chose it for that reason. The one received even had two blue hydrangeas

I was only disappointed when she showed a video on them,that not one plant had blooms, as shown in the order picture. I knew the plants would be packed choice, but still thought one might be blooming.
Excellent service. Have ordered flowers from you for several years. Would have added a religious statue or a cross to the Peace lily had it been offered. This plant was sent as a sympathy gift.
