This pitiful, scraggly arrangement is the most pathetic excuse for a floral gift that I have ever had the misfortune to purchase. The chocolates were melted. The Teddy Bear was in a plastic bag. And the flowers that were delivered were nothing akin to the beautiful roses pictured. I am disappointed, disgusted, and embarrassed that I sent these to a sick friend ON HER BIRTHDAY!
