Exactly as I expected
All I know for a fact is that the recipient received her flowers as scheduled.
The florist didn't have what was shown online so it was substituted. I ordered the arrangement purposely for the little bee in the arrangement but that wasn't in the arrangement that was delivered.
New to this site so I am hopeful it is delivered in a proper manner and they flowers are beautiful.

This was nice experience and the flowers were delivered at a decent time. The last order I placed just before 6/20/20 for same day delivery didn't get delivered until after 5:30 pm which was to late, the person who was to receive them wasn't home, she left at 5pm. But this time for same day delivery it was spot on.
The photo showed a flowering plant and another large splash of a colored plant plus other dish garden plants. I ordered the deluxe thinking more plants more color, but it came with only one white flowering plant among the others plants...not colorful at all. But the recipient loved it so that is a what counts.
If it was for me I would have sent it back or called customer service.
From you flowers ordering form easy and quick. When I received the graduation. Basket I was upset as to how the arrangement was not nice. Also, the note accompanying the gift was not as I had written. This is no fault of fromyouflowers, but from wherever the basket was prepared. Good quality candy but missing chocolate candy. Fromyouflowers was very kind as to refund a portion of my money and gave me a gift certificate.
Before purchasing I reviewed the order showing a $10 discount for my purchase. Once I placed the order that discount was reduced to $2,50 and I therefore lost $7.50 of the purchase.
I've used your service many times and would do so even more frequently if the delivery charge were less.
I applaud your practice of e-mailing the customer when the order is delivered bc when I got that message, I called the recipient to find if it arrived & it hadn't. Since she wasn't expecting flowers she would never have messaged me. Using the chat window, I was able to let you know and w/in an hour, the flowers were delivered. Thank you for your service!
The flowers were beautiful so thank you for that also. I don't know why I had to order more expensive flowers to this location & don't appreciate that aspect. Otherwise I'm very happy.
