A nice selection, easy process.
I had it delivered to my husband job... they said it would be there before 6pm since he was off at 6pm... they deliver at 9:45pm and it looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website at all. When I called customer service Earlier in the day to get an estimated time since it was after 5pm, they just told me before 6pm, before 6pm, before 6pm over and over again...and it didn't get there until all most 10pm which he had left work hours before.

Would have been nice to be told that the flowers would look similar but may not be exactly like what ordered if the flowers were not in stock or out of season!? Ordered tulips and they must be not in season or not blooming? I get it that you have to send whats available but maybe a heads up would be nice!?!?
These flowers are nothing like the ones that I ordered. They were for a five-year-old little girl! Also, the balloons were not multicolored like I have requested! This is the last time I will order from you all.
The only complaint I have is that the final price does not show up until the customer enters ALL information. What a waste of time of you want to change your order!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
