You delivered the flowers a week late. I believe I asked to be delivered 12/23/16 not 12/29/16.
My mother received the Christmas Tree arrangement and she was so very Happy. It really helped bring her spirits up for the Christmas Season. She had to go through surgery and was in a rehabilitation center and she had no Christmas decorations in her room. This brought Her Christmas Joy and Happiness that she so deserves. Thanks for helping make this possible.

I didn't like the fact that at the very last moment they threw in a $14 handling fee on top of the delivery fee and price of basket

Fast, easy and I appreciated the discount I received through my employer, Beneficial Bank. Although I tried to put the Beneficial code of 21L in as a promotion code and it was not accepted. A 3 character code had already pre-filled and it wouldn't budge. Hmmm.
Delivery time was GREAT! It was promised in 4 hours, but was delivered way before the expected time.
Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday. When I tracked order Fri night it looked like it had not been delivered. I needed to call- CS Rep was very nice and apologetic- offered me a discount. Checked Saturday and still showed out for delivery. Made a call-- could not confirm whether delivered or not-- CS Rep also very nice-- Called back again after 6pm TX time to see if flowers delivered and CS Rep could not confirm and offered me a discount. She was very nice and apologetic. I found out later from my friend that they were delivered although the tracking did not show they were.
The ordering process was quick and easy. The flowers were delivered on time and the arrangement was very pretty.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
