Good. I haven't actually seen the flowers but recipient said they were beautiful
Got there on time. BUT, the arrangement was much smaller, less full than in the picture. The blooms were not very fresh. The yellow container was not the one pictured. Not that they were terrible, I was just expecting the arrangement to look more like it did in the picture. The balloon was nice.
The person I sent flowers to were very happy with their gift which makes me happy.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I didn't see them in person, but a friend took a picture of them and sent it to me. I was so happy that they were exactly what I had ordered, only prettier!
The delivery was great. The floral arrangement that I ordered was no where close to what the recipient received. It was a lesser cost/quality arrangement than what was represented online. I ordered a specialty vase arrangement, and the recipient received a table centerpiece with candles instead? I tried to call to inquire and to voice my concerns and was placed on hold forever and then the call was terminated. I never was able to get back to anyone who knew what I was calling about.:-(

IT was so easy and nice to have some different flowers to choose from.
I was disappointed in the overall size of the flowers. I did the premium upgrade and it was pretty small. Maybe have the picture of the upgrade show actual size when ordering. I will definitely order from you again and give you a second chance.
Easy to do on my mobile. The shop didn't have what I wanted so they substituted. I didn't find this out until after the order was purchased. Also, the price would have been OK except for the unexpected shipping and handling.
