As an Amazon Prime member, I do not expect to be charged a "service and handling" fee, which does not appear until checkout. I would prefer to know up front that there will be an extra charge.

Ordering was easy. The arrangement was delivered within the time range given. The arrangement itself was disappointing. I ordered an arrangement with several large sunflowers. The arrangement that was delivered had very small, still closed sunflowers. I understand that you might argue that unopened flowers will last longer, but a vase full of small unopened flowers does not make a very impressive presentation.
Anyway, the friend I sent the flowers to sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I felt embarrassed and wish I had saved my $68.
The flowers looked nothing like th picture,, procedure and timing was great but not at all happy with the product

I ordered these flowers in a glass vase because it looked so elegant on the picture. They send it in a white wicker basket which took all the beauty away. I was not happy at all. The flowers were beautiful. Its a shame they were not as ordered.

The order was 2.5 days late. I ended up rescheduling with your cust. Service who were excellent. However, the flowers were thenot late a second time. I will not re-use your service even though you gave me a gift card, and have already blasted you over social media. I have a pretty heavy following and most have shared my experience and are agreeing to boycott your company. It was a horrible experience.
The final product looked much different than what I thought I was ordering. I will not order flowers through this company again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
