Ordered a plant dish for same day delivery and paid the extra fees. Emailed 3x to ensure no substitutes and gift would be delivered as ordered. Well, nothing. Immediately the next day I contacted group and got the "lame" excuse they tried and no one home, which was bullsh t. No notification left, no follow up call, no email, just a scam to collect on all the fees associated with same day delivery. Will NEVER order from this company again and trying my best to share feedback on all sites possible.

Good quality things i need and love the discounts
We have been so satisfied with all of my orders the flowers are fresh and beautiful when I send them to family.
Quick and easy, needed more options to save on the handling fees. I ordered 2 different plants to 2 different addressees, but both addressees received the same plant, which were beautiful and wonderful. But one should have been a succulent, and they were both peace lily plants.
My father was pleased with the flowers and it was delivered promptly.

I had it delivered to my husband job... they said it would be there before 6pm since he was off at 6pm... they deliver at 9:45pm and it looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website at all. When I called customer service Earlier in the day to get an estimated time since it was after 5pm, they just told me before 6pm, before 6pm, before 6pm over and over again...and it didn't get there until all most 10pm which he had left work hours before.
