Most of the time products are great. Have only had 1 fair experience and 1 bad experience. This plant was almost like the picture before I ordered it but smaller and the pot it came in was super small. Consider adding plant/flower dimensions so people know what to expect!
I live in Texas so ordering flowers to a person who lives in another state is questionable at that so I checked online a florist who was located in the city where my friend lived and found this company. She was very happy with the arrangement I selected she just had knee surgery so I wanted to send a nice bright flower arrangement that would life her spirits...it was all good

The arrangement looked more like a green hedge. There wasn't even one flower that had bloomed. It was short and stubby. Nothing at all like the picture of what had been described. It ruined my mothers birthday surprise.
The recipient of the flowers said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever received. They sent me a picture and they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much. This was sent to a 98 year old lady, who is like a mother to me. It was so important to me that she and her family enjoy them. Thank you and I would highly recommend your establishment to anyone looking for beautiful flowers at a very reasonable price.
Ordering was very easy. The basket and its contents were awesome. The recipent loved it. There was a slight problem with the delivery, however it was quickly solved. All in all, I would recommend it for anyone who is a kid at heart.

I love from you flowers - the only thing is the shipping and tax is never seen until the last page. I wish that would appear beforehand so it didn't feel like you were sneaking charges.

The service was actually great! However for $50 bucks I got 3 Mylar balloons and 4 small regular balloons! Come on that's ridiculous! Thought it was gonna be more of a bouquets

Ordered flowers for delivery for my mom's birthday on January 4th - website stated same day delivery was okay and then did not deliver until January 5th - very disappointing.
Quick delivery- item exceeded expectations- recipient thrilled! I ordered at 11AM it was received by 3:30 PM- same day- she received several compliments on the arrangement.
Received a day late but they said they would refund the same day service
