Since I SENT these flowers to someone else, I have no idea if what I ordered is anything like what was actually delivered. Also, I received this e-mail regarding confirmation BEFORE I received the actual confirmation. Maybe in the future the confirmation can include a picture of what was actually sent. Either by text or attached to the e-mail. The recipient said the flowers are beautiful, but I also asked her to send a picture so I could determine if it was anything like what I actually ordered.

This site was a pleasant surprise in a tough time! My Grandfather-in-Law passed away on New Years, and while my wife and I prepare for the New Year's hustle and bustle, we are unable to attend the funeral this weekend in Kansas. My best option was to send flowers and a card in our stead, and this site has certainly done an excellent job getting the flowers to my family in Kansas exactly when they said they would, all from a few clicks and typing! I'll be recommending fromyouflowers.com to anybody who is remotely in need of flower delivery!
Prices much better than Avas and I wasn't put on hold
I tried 4 other flower sites and had nothing but trouble. Your site was easy and affordable.
However, the flower arrangement was not as advertised. It was still lovely and my mom loved it.
The other issue I have is the flowers arrived one day earlier. I wanted them to arrive on her birthday, not before.
Flowers arrived on time and we're quite lovely.
Everyone was very pleasant... but the flowers that were delivered are NOT the flowers I ordered!

All was great for awhile. I bought over a dozen arrangements over the years with no problem. Then I received a gift subscription of People Magazine (which I despise) delivered to my home address with my name and address on the subscription. After some investigation I discovered that FromYouFlowers.com had sold or given my PERSONAL information to a 3rd party without my permission.
I have closed my account with them and I am putting out this warning in hope that others will not have their privacy and trust evaded by them too.
Very easy to use, however the rebate is difficult to navigate.
I was extremely satisfied the order was delivered to the hospital on the day that was given to me and it was beautiful

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
