The delivery happened right at the end of the day (6pm), but it surprised my parents for their anniversary so it was worth the wait all day. The arrangement looks nice & the balloon was perfect.
Great just surprised with $14.99 service fee. The flowers were a birthday surprise for my bff. She was so surprised and sent me a pic along with a thank you text. I was so sad. The arrangement she received looked nothing like the arrangement pic I chose from the website. Very disappointed
I got kick off and lost my order then finally at the end you hit me with a 15 dollar handling charge plus the delivery charge, should've had that posted with the prices.

Price is a little too much for the items
This is the best on-line flower/gift service I have ever found. The flowers are from local florist so they are fresh and not in a box shipped from across the country. My Mother was thrilled with the chocolates and flowers they were beautiful.

As long as i found the item it was smooth sailing till the end of the order.
The bouquet my friend received (for the loss of her mum) were not as many or as shown on the website. For example, instead of the 5 roses shown, only 3 were included. And not as many lillies either. I don't feel I can trust that the amount of flowers your show me and I'm paying for, will be the amount delivered. Very disappointing especially as it's meant for such an important occasion as the loss of my friends mother. That's probably why I would not order form your website again.
They were a gift...I can't view them, but I heard they were nice.
You don't let us see the real price until after we have gone thru all the hoops of filling out all our information. Then you add extra charges to almost double the price. AND I was supposed to get 20% off my order and I did not receive that discount.

I was a little disappointed after I placed my order yesterday morning for same day service. I received an e-mail later that afternoon telling me there was a problem and the flowers would be delivered the next day instead. They were going to a friend who was in the hospital and I really was trying to brighten her day. I found out after I received that e-mail she was being discharged today, so I was stressing when I realized the flowers were not going to be delivered in time. Then I received a text last night from my friend thanking me for the flowers so they were received yesterday after all. I ended up being stressed about nothing so it was rather disappointing.

Did not like the hidden shipping and handling price at the very end of order. While also trying to add 2.99 for next day delivery then 4.99 for morning of delivery.
