I was very chocked to get an extra $14 charged on top of what I was told I would have to pay, this was not mentioned anywhere prior to getting to final charges with PayPal.I was explained that it was to guaranty that it would look as fresh as it looks on line, but I was expecting that anyway.

Super expensive handling fee - what a ripoff. I originally placed the Lavender Burst in my checkout and on the final page saw that it was $10 more than the displayed price on the PDP page. So I had to go back and find a cheaper flower arrangement that was in my budget.
Why did the prices jump so much at the last screen.Very misleading to the customer. First price 31$ last screen 49$! Hidden fees! Handiling fees!
