Follow up- Delivery was not as promised. Communication with the florist on the delivery end was not acceptable. Delivery was made the next day with some substitutions for the displayed flowers. Finished delivered bouquet was acceptable but not of the quality I was hoping for. I did place a second order as I anticipated. I am hoping this problem was a blip in the system. If this second order is not handled far better than the first- I will not be placing any further orders or recommending this service.

My item took TWO EXTRA days to be delivered, I paid extra for next day delivery and it was LATE! The person these were ordered for is dying from cancer and it was imperative that the delivery be made on time. Needless to say I am not happy! The company did call to alert me that my item had not been delivered and attempts would be made to deliver the next day, but when I asked for the name and number of the florist the order was forwarded to it could not be provided without the florist's permission. Not Kosher in my book!
I did expect the arrangement to look a little different with the time of year and all but what was delivered had all of the elements but it looked sparse and underwhelming. It did not look full or lush at all. I was rather disappointed to be honest.
