Your site was easy to navigate so I appreciate that along with having many different styles available. My disappointment comes from the actual bouquet itself in that it did not look remotely as well put together and full as your picture showed it would be. This was a gift to someone in another state. Hard to fix that one.
Disappointed that the ups driver didn't hand them to the customer especially in a retail store. They dropped them off with all packages in the corner in the front of the store. I had to call and ask if UPS dropped a package off which kinda ruined the surprise.
I ordered two separate arrangements for my mom's 65th birthday. One arrangement was different wild flowers and the other was roses and carnations. They were delivered on time and they were very pretty. However, they were way overpriced priced for what I received. I also specified a no contact delivery due to covid-19 and my mother having ALS. The person delivering the flowers did not follow the no contact request.

The received item was NOT EVEN REMOTELY what I chose from the website. I understand substitutions, however, the item I chose was clearly fresh cut FLOWERS in WATER and a VASE. What was received were 2 PLANTS in DIRT. The gift was for a 50th birthday for my husband. I wanted pretty flowers for his desk at work. The house plant didn't have the intended effect. I appreciate same day delivery but the items need to be more precise.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
