Update: Flowers arrived late afternoon early evening. Mother said she loved them and they were beautiful.
They were a day late! And that is not good because she was not at work the next day. This puts the flowers just sitting there for a extra day! It also did not make it in time for my plans so it ruined everything. I will never rely on this site again, or waste any more of my money. Total disaster!

Very easy to use website. Sent the balloons and teddy bear to my granddaughter's birthday. She was delighted with them. Ordered the florist's choice deluxe for a gift and was under the impression that the flowers would be a mixed bouquet. The receipient ended up receiving callalillies... I didn't think that was appropriate for the occasion as lilies are a funeral flower. I think I'll be sticking to Proflowers in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
