When I tried to order through Ebates.com, your website kept taking off my discount. And, after I created an account, your website kept telling me that there was no account with this information. So I kept making an account. I like your product and will probably try it again, but this was very time consuming as I had to keep redoing everything.
The flowers were delivered to my friend the following afternoon and she said that they were beautiful. They were waiting outside her door when she got home from work.
At this time (the day following my order), Ebates is not giving me credit for using its site so I am not sure that I will get any money back. It is very frustrating, especially since I tried several times to use the Ebates site.
To recap, the variety to choose from was terrific, the price was very reasonable, the flowers were delivered across the country the following day in good time, and, my friend said they were beautiful. However, I had some problems with the website, trying to create an account and trying to buy through Ebates.com, but neither of these issues interfered with the delivery of my flowers in a timely manner.

Last paragraph written at time of order. Order delivered a day later than expected but may be due to recipient not at home. For Granddaughter in AZ, I am in Oregon; so had to idea when and if she would be home. I did receive a call from delivery asking when delivery could be repeated, so I think think handled well. I was unable to provide her phone number.
She did say the flowers were beautiful and were sunflowers, which was my concern!

Flowers were very different from the photo provided to which cx service explained the photo next to the pic of $27.99 is actually for the bouquet costing $45+ which is insanely misleading. The arrangement was also paid to be delivered the same day which did not happen and I was told that it was because the driver was late this was after calling 3x. I was then told I would be refunded the 2.99 as well as get an email gift card for $10 which has yet to be received and I have called 3x to follow up on that as well. Overall my companies experience is not good and I am unhappy
Thanks, was fast Service. I paid for an upgrade and it did not appear to be upgraded. The initial presentation was not what I expected. Not as many flowers as I anticipated with an upgrade. Some fowers will take days to bloom, and some may wilt when the others bloom.
Product arrived as pictured, but came late in the afternoon.
I like it, easy to use but the flowersdid seem to be smaller then the pictures. Good brand of chocolates.
Delivery on time. However, we ordered only because we wanted yellow roses with something purple because our daughter loves yellow roses and also the color purple. She received instead mauve roses with yellow daisies. Although they were fresh and pretty - NOT what we ordered or wanted!

Update after seeing flowers: the arrangement was very nice, but did not at all resemble what I had ordered. In fact, when I entered the viewing room and glanced at the 8 arrangements near the casket, I was sure that my order had not yet arrived!
I ordered Item# BN1024G, "Deepest Sympathy Arrangement" premium version. It was for an elderly gentleman, so I wanted neutral colors and was attracted to the green hues and pale colors of this arrangement. According to the description, 35"H x 29"W x 18"D...what we got was less than that size, and consisted of very pink roses, with a few lily buds (unopened) and assorted fillers -- it was nicely done, but an arrangement definitely suited for a woman.
I understand that flower substitutions are often necessary, but this was so vastly different than expected that I would be hesitant to order again based on what the online photo is showing.
The online ordering process was fine...But...The Flowers received did not look anything like the photo and description of the arrangement! It was absolutely horrible! I was never so embarrassed with what was sent! The bamboo looked wilted, the palms looked dried out and the flowers were all supposed to be purple (which was the recipients favorite color), and yet it was pink and green? Very, Very, Very unsatisfied! I'm just cringing now trying to tell you! Actually brought tears to my eyes that it looked like it did! Again, Very unsatisfied! I actually should be refunded... totally disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
