It was very easy to order the flowers. So many beautiful arrangements. Hopefully the flower arrangement that is delivered to my brother is as nice as on the arrangement on the site.
Update. My brother in LA received his flowers and sent me a picture. They look beautiful. The only downfall would be that I live in Canada and have to pay in USD, which turns out to be more.

Ordering online was easy the Customer Service rep that I spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable about the online process and able to answer my questions with ease. I originally thought I was ordering from the local florist in that area; but, decided to go ahead with the online order that I started for convenience and to get the arrangement there in time as needed. Although I was not as impressed with the arrangement sent in comparison to the pic of what I was shown at ordering, I didn't really feel that the one sent was valued as much as the pic reviewed at time of order. There was nothing I could do about it and atleast I did have an arrangement in time for the funeral viewing & services; but, would probably go direct thru local florist next time.

Order a today delivery order as pictured on the site. It was a Saturday delivery but that option was available. Didn't arrive till Monday. You did make it right by giving me an upgrade and refunded my today fee. All and all my daughter was happy and that is what matters.

The flowers died with 3 days, and they were not as nice as your picture on-line and they did re deliver but still was basic bouquet after they said they would upgrade to a fuller one. Very dissatisfied.
