I'm military and wasn't sure if I'd be home for Christmas so I sent a rose Christmas tree to my Gmom so she'd have something nice from me! It came in on time and she adored it!

So far so good...now if it just gets there tomorrow and the quality is good. I was overly pleased with everything. I live in KY and my granddaughter lives in NY, so I wasn't sure how the product would be. Your delivery service was fantastic. The delivery guy called me concerned that no one was answering the door. I told him to just leave the badket. He said he would try the door again and even called me back again to assure that he had delivered it. Very satisfied...my granddaughter just sent me a picture of it. Thank you fir your fantastic service!
Thought the shipping & handling price was a little costly especially since your prices are on the high end of expected. The fruit basket was delivered and about the only I was really happy with was the basket and the apples. Very disappointed in rest of the fruit

Maybe it was me, but I had gotten confused when doing a PayPal order, as I thought it had been ordered when it hadn't. Though I appreciated the $14.99 savings upon the return, but the check out just ended up being a bit confusing.
Arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Friday 12/23. I called Saturday and was told the street could not be found. Girl was great. Straightened it out and called me back quickly.
Ordering was easy, and the flowers were delivered early the next day! They are beautiful, and made my sister's hospital stay a little more bearable!
Great price and product but was not pleased with delivery.
The service fee is high and should be included in the displayed pricing (even if just a "plus service fee of $XX). My mom received the flowers and since it was Christmas eve, even a courtesy call to be sure she would be home to receive them. They were perfect. Thank you!
